The 2 hour timeframe that turned into a fiver
Meeting #?? - agh, stuff it. I cant remember what number it is. Our latest meeting that was held last night was, I think, the most successful meeting we have had since starting HCUG. a total of 7 8 9 guys attended! And a warm welcome to Johan Rademan and Trevor Hortan. Also to Malcom after a prolonged absence from user group. 
A couple of highlights from the evening:
- The food. As always.
- Ben showing off his VCS system he built. He received a standing ovation(well, not quite) from the group. More importantly for us was the news that, since we are 1337 and belong to HCUG, we each will receive copy of Riebens VCS to test. Big thanks to Ben.
- As always, JVZ had a couple of his one-liners up his sleeve to keep us entertained. Guys, no more Firebird jokes. pleeezzzzz.
There was lots of interesting discussions held, and instead of me writing about it, Im leaving it for the other members to write about, either on their own blogs or get in here and post. hint hint, nudge, nudge
And as Gary suggested to me, Ill be posting a couple of interesting articles here. Mostly randomness, since Im not a Clarion guru… yet.
