NetTalk 10 release this Friday!

July 26th, 2017

It’s been a crazy-busy last few months, but finally the day is drawing near.
NetTalk 10 will be released this Friday (28 July) on the ClarionLive Weekly Webinar.

This week we’ll be concentrating on the new additions to NetTalk Desktop and this is by far the biggest update to NetTalk Desktop since NetTalk was released.
(the NetTalk Server webinar is happening on August 11).

This is definitely not a webinar to miss!

For the NetTalk Release webinar this Friday, and Friday August 11th, we want to allow more than 100 users.

This is tricky to do on the regular ClarionLive account.
So we’ve made a custom webinar which covers this Friday and August 11.

To save yourself some effort on Friday you can pre-register here;

You will be able to do an ad-hoc join on Friday, but registering now will save you some effort later on.

Clarion International Developer Conference (CIDC) 2017

March 16th, 2017

From ClarionLive….

Clarion International Developer Conference (CIDC) 2017 is taking place in October. And we’d like to see you there! Registrations are now Open.

CIDC is a non-profit conference hosted by ClarionLive, and attended by SoftVelocity. It is a great opportunity to learn, to improve your own skills, improve your product, and ultimately improve your income. Being completely run by volunteers, you never know when the next one will happen, so don’t miss out.

You can register right now at The sooner you register the cheaper it is, so if you like saving money then we recommend registering as soon as possible.

We want to make this the biggest CIDC ever! As in the past, CIDC will be a week-long event, with CapeSoft NetTalk training on the first two days, and the main Conference on the last three days of the week.

Since not everyone is able to fly to Orlando, USA we go to great lengths to allow people to participate remotely. This allows you to view all the training, and conference, sessions as they happen in real-time via live streaming video. It also gives you access to all the recordings and conference materials generated by the presenters. You’ll be able to ask questions of presenters, just as if you were I the room. It’s not quite the same as being there, but it represents fantastic value (especially at early-bird prices.)

Here are the details:

Where: Orlando, Florida — Rosen Centre Hotel (site of CIDC 2011 and 2013)

When: Monday October 9 – Friday October 13, 2017
NetTalk Training: October 9th – 10th
Conference: October 11th – 13th

How much: Early early early bird pricing is now in effect until the end of March! See full pricing details at!

Lodging: We HIGHLY recommend you book your hotel room as soon as possible! In 2015, we had a large conference take up all the extra rooms, and we were lucky that rooms opened up as we got nearer to the event. PLEASE book early even if you’re not planning on registering right away, as you can always cancel your hotel reservation!

We love the Clarion community and really look forward to putting on this event! Thanks for your support, and we look forward to seeing you in October!
